Vicentina Trasmissioni produces customized parts of various sizes and types, starting from small bearing supports to gear boxes machined and ready for assembly.

Types of cast iron and finishes

Based on the study carried out by the customer’s designers assisted by our experts, it is possible to opt for different types of cast iron, from gray cast iron to ductile cast iron with different gradations of toughness and possible heat treatments such as annealing or stress relief. For the surface finish we can propose a manganese phosphating treatment carried out in our plant or a painting carried out by qualified contractors.

Continuous service

We suggest our customers to collaborate in advanced planning of needs and set up continuous supply agreements. Based on the customer’s needs, the quantities that Vicentina undertakes to keep in stock are established and the overall quantities and usage forecast are defined. Deliveries are agreed month by month with the customer based on actual needs and careful monitoring allows a new production to be launched before stocks run out.
